Video sharing website YouTube now gets more than two billion hits daily.

That's nearly double the number of people who tune into the US's three prime time TV stations combined, its owners Google have said.

The news comes as the site celebrates the day five years ago when the first beta version of YouTube was launched.

"I see this great growth opportunity in the online video market and we are positioning ourselves to be a leader," co-founder Chad Hurley told BBC News.

"We are a stage and we give everyone in the world an opportunity to participate and that is being a video platform for creating a solution for people to not only upload and distribute their videos on a global basis but to find and share videos."

He also said that while the two billion downloads marked a real milestone "I feel we have much further to go.

I love Thailand. I lived there 14 years, doing volunteer work. I know Thailand’s problems. I have seen it change from a simple gentle society to what it is today. But what is happening now is very tragic. Thai people were always one, no matter what, but now they are sadly divided! And why? Because of a big fat lie!

As the proverbial red carrot, ‘democracy’ is held out by the World’s elite via the by-them-controlled mass media, as “the ideal system that will bring liberty and equality, and bla bla bla“, and it is all a total lie!
Just look at the United States itself, that great proponent of this big lie, its voting machines are rigged and its government is now fully hijacked by a financial power elite, driving away and marginalising their own normal people into “tea parties” because they want to “take back their country!” Well where did they lose it?

They lost it when America began to behave more like a damned “democracy” than the lawful republic it was ordained to be by its constitution that upholds the real values of freedom and opportunity for all. Most senators and congress men are now ultimately bought, bribed or blackmailed! In other words, the “democracy” is owned by the bankers and led by their media! Goodbye US “democracy!” Hello American “mediacracy!” The American government is now but a tool of the so-called “New World Order”, that collectivist communist tyranny of a coterie of International money changers and bankers.

Is that what these poor duped farmers and socialist university intellectuals in Thailand are fighting for? If they “win”–as they probably will except for a miracle of God, because their “great leader” Thaksin, who is really a NWO tool, and this staged rebellion, are just as much orchestrated by the collectivist internationalists as is the “Muslim” terror in the South–they and the rest of the Thais stand to lose the very thing they want and everything that they already have but don’t realise. And what’s that?

Their stabilising, moderating, benign monarchy, guaranteeing Thailand’s constitutional sovereignty, freedom, and independence from a burgeoning New World Order that intends to further fleece Thailand from its riches (as it did during the Bangkok Crash), usurp its power, and reduce it to global slavery, just like they did to the US via outsourcing and the bail-out robbery, and as they are doing to Iceland, Greece, Portugal, and all others that are about to follow their sorry fate.

Yes! Many people in the North & East are poor! But so are the millions of disenfranchised homeless, unemployed workers, and dispossessed former home-owning middle class, in America, Canada, Europe, and Russia together! And let’s not even mention all those other “wonderful democracies” in impoverished Latin America bought up by bankers, or for God’s sake in Africa or India! Or maybe you socialists think that China is a real democracy? Ha!

Yes! The Thai ‘democracy’ is just as faulty as all the others, and is also ruled by both international commercial interests and the local plutocracy lording it over lots of poor people! But so are all the other “democracies” in the world lording it over their poor! There are very few exceptions, except those few “democracies” that are rich enough not to have any poor people, like Sweden, Holland and Norway perhaps? I mean, have you looked at poor “democratic” Britain recently? The English are poor prisoners in their own Big Brother tyranny!

All other “democratic” developed nations in the world have already fallen under the debt dictatorship of the NWO, many ruled by socialist tyrannies where people don’t have such freedoms anymore to protest on such a violent scale, as these pitiful by-a-rich-tycoon-manipulated “farmers” from North East Isaan and Northern Thailand lay claim to.

In the post-revolutionary West they wouldn’t even be allowed to organise themselves as these “Red Shirts” do. Westerners have no more independent voices nor organisations. Suppose for example, that the Scots or the Celts from Wales would rise up like this, they’d be utterly demonised in a hurry as “xenophobic far right wing conservative radical elements” by BBC, the “British Banker Controlled” media, or “Biggest Broadcasting Con-men”, and blasted by heavy teargas and rubber bullets, before they’d ever make it to London! Ha, are you kidding?

But when Thai people insist on doing this kind of stuff, they’ll rapidly lose the very thing they are trying to obtain. They will lose their national strength, their natural national defense in unity as a people under one of the last real benign monarchies in this world, even a constitutional one at that, under one of the greatest kings this World has ever seen outside of Jesus Christ!

But these poor deluded deceived “red shirt” dupes don’t even know history enough to realise how the World’s elite has always used “divide and conquer” tactics to break nations! And as Thailand’s division continues and worsens, it will surely be followed by the ultimate conquest by these alien bloodsuckers, just as sure as night follows day!

Thailand’s unity as a nation is its survival! As a unified people, it goes back longer than 700 years ago when the Thais left Yunnan in Southern China where they had lived as a united people before moving to Siam. And hello! Even then, long before the Sukothai days, there were already rich Thais lording it over poor Thais, but they all got along anyhow, because they had to as a tribe! They knew their brotherhood would be short lived, lost and their existence would end, if they didn’t stick together like Thai birds of a feather, to defend themselves from other foreign nations. But now?

These “Red Shirt” simpletons, blissfully unaware that they’re bearing the colour of internationalist bankers and their red collectivist pipe dream, are losing that useful unity in a hurry, to these outside wolves who have confused them with the same false promises as the by Wall Street financed Bolsheviks gave to the poor deluded Russians before and during the 1917 Russian revolution, and as the by Freemasonry steered Jacobines gave to the Parisians during their bloody French Revolution! “Liberté, egalité, fraternité!”

The Results? More French blood flowed through the streets of France than ever had flown in their wars with outside enemies! And even more blood flowed from 60-80 million massacred Russians, than ever had in all of their history!

If the French and Russians had simply stuck to their own faulty monarchies, (and they were very faulty compared to your benign King!) which were also under financial threat of these same foreign financial vultures who certainly did not care for their people at all, they would have lived and perhaps continued longer as free nations!

If the Thais would only stick together, they would at least have some defense against the vultures that are patiently circling high overhead or waiting in nearby trees, while egging on these poor deluded dividers. Poor Thais!

Northerners & Easterners save yourself from these lying deceivers that are worse than the Thai plutocracy which has ruled you for centuries anyway.

"Vampire Squid" Goldman Sachs confesses it is being investigated for helping Greece hide its debts

Goldman Sachs has admitted that it is under investigation for helping Greece to hide its vast debts.

The controversial Wall Street bank - nicknamed the Vampire Squid because its tentacles stretch far and wide - is accused of having profiteered out of a complex currency deal that helped Greece massage its finances.

In a regulatory filing in the U.S., Goldman disclosed that is 'subject to a number of investigations and reviews by various governmental and regulatory authorities in connection with its financial transactions with Greece.

The European Commission has already been probing the bank's relationship with Athens. It is unclear from the disclosure, how many other countries might be looking into its dealings with the Mediterranean state.

The Wall Street giant is claimed to have received as much as £192m in fees by entering a complex currency transaction in 2001 that helped Athens borrow cash without putting it on the books as a loan.

The so-called 'swap' deal helped Greece meet eurozone limits on government borrowing.

The arrangement was allowed under European Union rules, but is now coming under much closer scrutiny because of the financial meltdown of the Mediterranean state.

The Greek deficit stands at nearly 13 per cent of GDP and public debt is almost twice the official ceiling at 113 per cent of GDP.

Goldman Sachs was once seen as the invincible bank that could beat other firms hands down. It has always paid vast sums of cash to its employees, so it can employ the hottest talent in the financial world.

But in recent weeks, the bank's supremacy in financial markets has been placed under threat by the revelation that it is being investigated for fraud by the U.S. authorities.

America's Securities and Exchange Commission accuses Goldman of misleading its own clients and encouraging them to invest in a product that was destined to fail.

The lawsuit centres on trades set up by its sub-prime mortgage trader Fabrice Tourre, who has since been placed on 'administrative leave'.
Goldman's dealings are also being probed by the UK regulator, the Financial Services Authority.

Jaroslaw Kaczynski, the twin brother of Poland’s President Lech Kaczynski, said on Monday he would be run for president as the candidate for the opposition Law and Justice party (PiS).

Kaczynski is widely expected to sweep to victory at elections on June 20th on the groundswell of growing uneasiness in Poland about the plane crash that killed Lech Kaczynski, two opposition presidential candidates, key opposition party MPs, the central bank governor, the national security chief and the army heads.

The decision by Kaczynski to continue to pursue elected office recalls the behaviour of Robert Kennedy after the assassination of his brother John F Kennedy in 1963, who attempted to regain control of the US’s central bank, the Federal Reserve, from the private bankers.

The death of the Polish central bank governor in the plane crash two weeks ago has also sparked a tussle over control of monetary policy of Poland with the pro-euro, pro-IMF Tusk seeking to wrest bank reserves needed for currency interventions to keep the Zloty weak and Poland’s exports competitive.

Tusk’s government has signalled Poland might now join the eurozone soon.

In addition, Tusk said last week that he will now sign a deal blocked by Lech Kaczynski to allow Gazprom to supply Poland with 100% of the gas it needs for the next 33 years in spite of the fact that huge natural gas reserves were discovered in Poland in April.

“The tragically curtailed life of the president, the death of Poland’s patriotic elite, means just one thing for us: we must finish their mission,” Kaczynski said according to Reuters.

“Poland is our great shared obligation. We are required to overcome our personal pain and to take on this mission despite the personal tragedy. That’s why I have taken the decision to run for the presidency of Poland.”

The announcement that Kaczynski has decided to run will be a blow to Prime Minister Donald Tusk and his presidential candidate Bronislaw Komorowski, who moved quickly to declare himself acting president and fill key positions.

The controlled mainstream media is playing down Kaczynski’s chances of winning, citing various polls.

But recent polls have shown a surge of support for the opposition party and many Poles expect Kaczynski to score a resounding victory in June – as long as the elections are fair.

The election of Kaczynski will be a huge setback to the bankers hoping to absorb Poland into the eurozone and complete their political, economic and military take-over of the European Union and USA before triggering a financial meltdown, and launching a third world war over Iran with the initial support of Russian Prime Minister Vladmir Putin.

If the bankers fail to subdue Poland, then the Globalist project to impose a totalitarian, centralised government on the Europe using the EU, IMF, WHO and other supra national organisations could suffer a deadly blow.

I am an Interior Salish spirit dancer and am 58 years old. I live in Vancouver, Canada.

I am a survivor of the Kamloops and Mission Indian residential schools, both run by the Roman Catholic church. I suffered terrible tortures there at the hands especially of Brother Murphy, who killed at least two children. I witnessed him throw a child off a three story balcony to her death. He put me on a rack and broke some of my bones, in the Kamloop school basement, after I tried running away.

I also saw him and another priest burying a child in the school orchard one night.

In September 1964 when I was 12 years old, I was an inmate at the Kamloops school and we were visited by the Queen of England and Prince Phillip. I remember it was strange because they came by themselves, no big fanfare or nothing. But I recognized them and the school principal told us it was the Queen and we all got given new clothes and good food for the first time in months the day before she arrived.

The day she got to the school, I was part of a group of kids that went on a picnic with the Queen and her husband and school officials, down to a meadow near Dead Man's Creek. After awhile, I saw the Queen leave that picnic with ten children from the school, and those children never returned. We never heard anything more about them and never met them again even when we were older. They were all from around there but they all vanished.

The group that disappeared was seven boys and three girls, in age from six to fourteen years old. I don't remember their names, just an occasional first name like Cecilia and there was an Edward.

What happened was also witnessed by my friend George Adolph, who was 11 years old at the time and a student there too.

Queen of England Issued a Letter of Demand, Possible Lawsuit by Indian Residential School Survivors

Elizabeth Windsor, the Queen of England, was issued a Letter of Demand yesterday that requires that she identify the fate and burial sites of all the children who died in Indian Residential Schools established under the authority of the Church of England and the British Crown.

The Letter was handed personally to Governor-General Michaelle Jean by aboriginal elder Carol Martin at the Downtown Eastside Womens' Centre in Vancouver in the afternoon of Wednesday, January 23. Ms. Martin asked the Governor-General to deliver the Letter of Demand to the Queen on behalf of residential school survivors, and the Governor-General accepted the Letter and assured her that she would.

As a Common Law Notice, the Letter requires that the Queen comply with the request to identify the grave sites and cause of death of these children within thirty days, or face possible legal action.

"The buck stops at Buckingham Palace" commented another aboriginal elder and residential school survivor. "The Queen, and the Pope, are the ones responsible for the genocide their government and churches did to my people. She has to be held accountable. In recent weeks, similar Letters of Demand have been issued to officials of the Canadian government and the Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada by residential school survivors. Karl Ratzinger, Pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church, is scheduled to be issued a similar Letter of Demand soon.

A national press conference to announce the next stage in this Truth Campaign will be held on Monday, February 4 at 10:00 am outside the Prime Minister's Office at 80 Wellington street in Ottawa. Organizer Kevin Annett (Eagle Strong Voice) will be present at this event.

Letter of demand from the Elders and Members of the Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared

To: Elizabeth Windsor, aka "Queen of Great Britain"

Dear Ms. Windsor,

This Public Letter of Demand is issued to you, Elizabeth Windsor, as one who claims the title and fudiciary resposibility of Queen of Great Britain and the Commonwealth, and Head of the Church of England in Canada, aka the Anglican Church.

We, as the friends and relatives of tens of thousands of children who died or were murdered in Indian Resedential Schools in canada established and run by your Church of England and the British Crown from 1867 to 1996, do hereby demand that you, Elizabeth Windsor, in your capacity of Queen of Great Britain and the Commonwealth, and head of the Church of England, publicly disclose the cause of death and whereabouts of the buried remains, of all children who died in Indian Residential Schools operated by the Church of England in Canada, aka the Anglican Church.

This Common law Notice also requires that you, Elizabeth Windsor. arrange the immediate repatriation without conditions of the remains of thesen persons to their holes for a proper burial.

This Common Law Notice also requires that you, Elizabeth Windsor, publicly name and surrender all persons in or employed by the Government of Canada and the Anglican Church who are responsible for or complicit in these deaths and disappearances, and all documents and evidence related to the same.

This Common Law Notice also requires that you, Elizabeth Windsor, compel Canada through its Governor-General to comply with these requirements of natural justice and international law.

If you, Elizabeth Windsor, fail to comply with these requirements within thirty(30) days of you recieving this notice through the medium of the Governor-General of Canada, it will be assumed that you do not dispute these claims contained herein, and legal action may be commenced against you.

Sure, the gear may look like it came straight out of Avatar or Battlestar Galactica. But all of the laser weapons, robots, sonic blasters and puke rays pictured here are real. Some of these weapons have already found their way onto the battlefield. If the rest of this sci-fi arsenal follows, war may soon be unrecognizable.

Read on for a look at some of these futuristic weapons being tested today.

The XM-25 grenade launcher is equipped with a laser rangefinder and on-board computer. It packs a magazine of four 25mm projectiles, and programs them to detonate as they pass by their targets. That feature will allow soldiers to strike enemies who are taking cover. By 2012, the Army hopes to arm every infantry squad and Special Forces unit with at least one of the big guns.

In August, a lucky soldier got to pull the trigger, and fire off a HEAB, or High Explosive Air Burst, round at the Aberdeen Testing Ground in Maryland. Those projectiles pack quite a punch. They are purportedly 300 percent more effective than normal ammo, and will be able to strike targets as far as 700 meters (2,300 feet) away.

Remotely operated weapons are showing up everywhere. Israel is building an automated kill zone. An American firm, More Industries, offers a turret that can aim and fire two automatic shotguns.

Some bots have been defusing bombs for years, but none have seen combat. That’s a shame, according to Lt. Gen. Rick Lynch, who believes that 122 men could have been spared if combat bots had been working in their stead.

There was a set of armed robots sent to Iraq. They never fired a shot, however. They weren’t allowed to. No one could guarantee that the bots wouldn’t go berserk and mow down friendly troops or otherwise malfunction, even though they have lots of safeguards.

Considering how much firepower they pack, safeguards are really important. The Maars system (above) can be equipped with four grenade launchers and a machine gun that packs 400 rounds of 7.62 caliber ammunition.

But its manufacturers like to point out its less-lethal capabilities. Instead of mowing people down, it can stick to the fine print of the first law of robotics and fire tear gas canisters, smoke grenades, smoke bombs and perhaps even Taser’s upcoming 40mm people-zapper projectile. Three were deployed to Iraq last year.

The Active Denial System fires a beam of millimeter-wave radiation. It make people feel like their skin is burning without causing any permanent damage. Though promising as a nonlethal weapon, the pain ray has some serious limits.

On a rainy day, water droplets will disperse the beam, and it may feel warm and refreshing instead of frightening. On a hot day, the cooling system might give out. The problems don’t stop there. Raytheon’s baby is bulky, and despite repeated requests to send it into battle, shipments of the energy weapon have been delayed. The military is looking for a stronger, lighter weapon.

If troops spot someone suspicious approaching them, they can use the Long Range Acoustic Device to send a warning message. It fires narrow beams of sound waves that can be heard clearly from 300 meters (about a thousand feet) away. Crank up the power, and it can emit a warning tone so loud that anyone in its path would have no choice but to cover their ears and run.

The manufacturer doesn’t like to call these devices weapons, even though they’ve been used to repel pirates. Cops used them to harass protesters at the G20 summit in Pittsburgh this year.

Drones are arguably the most controversial weapon in the war on terror. By some accounts, they are deeply feared by the Taliban.

They’ve taken out many Al Qaeda and Taliban leaders, and their sound when flying low is a constant annoyance and a reminder of their menace . But they also kill a lot of civilians.

They are, however, far more cost effective than supersonic fighter jets. Predators can pack two Hellfire missiles. Their big brothers, Reapers, can hold four Hellfires and two 500-pound bombs.

Flash bang grenades were designed to stun people. But they have a pretty bad safety record. The little bombs have dismembered at least one soldier and caused hearing loss in others.

To remedy that problem, Mark Grubelich and his colleagues at Sandia National Laboratory built the Improved Flash Bang Grenade. It hurls flaming aluminum particles into the air, causing a bright flash without an accompanying shockwave.

Even the angriest mobs would probably think twice about trying to pass a Taser Shockwave barrier. It is the less-lethal equivalent of a claymore mine. Push the big red button, and it will fire 24 electrified probes at the same time in a single direction.

After learning about an experimental weapon that can make people feel seasick, Limor Fried and Phil Torrone decided to build their own. They did it for less than $250, and wrote step-by-step instructions so that anyone can make one at home.

It can create a nauseating lightshow with 36 pulsating LEDs.

Their design has a bonus feature. You can set it to disco mode. Instead of making you sick, the weapon will add life to your next party.

If you’re worried that someone’s about to attack you, but not completely sure of their intent, it’s a good idea to give them a warning before pulling the trigger. Green laser pointers are a great way to extend that courtesy. The Marines like to call them “ocular interruption devices.”

Shine one in someone’s face, and your target should immediately get the message that it’s time to back off. The LA-9/P, made by B.E. Meyers, can warn people from up to 4 kilometers (2½ miles) away. It fires a 250-milliwatt beam. That’s roughly 1/4,000 the strength of the smallest anti-aircraft lasers.

Even so, you’ve got to be careful when handling the thing. Over a few months in Iraq, a dozen soldiers were wounded in dazzler “friendly fire.” Several troops may have been injured while monkeying around with laser target designators, which are substantially more powerful than the less-lethal devices.

Behold the Laser Avenger, a cannon that could be used to take down incoming aircraft. Boeing was able to shoot a drone out of the sky with the hummer-mounted laser, even though it’s not particularly high-powered. It cooked the remote-controlled aircraft using a somewhat feeble 1-kilowatt beam.

More recently, the company shot down another UAV using a low-power laser paired with its Mobile Active Targeting Resource for Integrated eXperiments, or Matrix, system during a test in White Sands, New Mexico.

Northrop Grumman is hard at work on a 100-kilowatt laser weapon, which could do far more damage, but it’s not quite ready for prime time. It’s fully operational, but looks like a refrigerator.

Boeing announced in late December that the Avenger has been used to destroy 50 different improvised explosive devices, during tests at Redstone Aresenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
