For those who do not know Alber Pike I would recommend to look at his Book "Morals and Dogmas". In this book the late General Alber Pike, who was the Grand Master of the Scottisch rite of Freemasonry, outlined his plan to bring about a New World Order. Then, as protection against asteroids and meteors. Finally they would be presented as a safeguard against an extraterrestrial threat.
According to von Braun, all of these rationales would be lies.These space based weapons would be useless against nuclear suitcase bombs available even in 1974, as well as chemical, viral, bacterial and biological terror weapons.
More importantly, von Braun told Rosin that we already had the technology to build anti gravity vehicles and entire transportation systems which did not require so-called 'fossil' fuels. Instead, they used "beams" of energy, eliminating all pollution.
IMPLICATIONS
If space-based weapons technologies are not being developed to protect the U.S. and its allies, why are they being developed? Could resistors, whether nation-states or isolated groups opposed to the coming New World Order, be singled out and eliminated?
Another possibility is that such space-based weapons will be part of the "smoke and mirrors" light show designed for use in "Project Blue Beam" with its false, projected presentation of an alien invasion.
According to Dr. Steven Greer, the head of the "Disclosure Project," "....the prospect that a shadowy, para-governmental and transnational entity exists that has kept UFO's secret -- and is planning a deception that will dwarf the events of 9/11..." This is a scenario that more people within the depths of our government have begun to reveal.
Dr. Greer writes: "Since 1992 I have seen this script unveiled to me by at least a dozen well-placed insiders. Of course, initially I laughed, thinking this just too absurd and far-fetched.... and yet others told me explicitly that things that looked like UFOs, but that are built and under the control of deeply secretive ´black´ projects, were being used to simulate - hoax - ET-appearing events, including some abductions and cattle mutilations, to sow the early seeds of cultural fear regarding life in outer space. The goal of this hoaxed space alien invasion was simple: Create a common enemy and drive all nations to submit to a One World Government. And in Dr. Greer's words: "...to justify eventually spending trillions on space weapons... thus uniting the world in fear, in militarism and war."
Greer claims that Hollywood movies have been deliberately implanting a fear of ET's: "...this mental conditioning to fear ET has been subtly reinforced for decades, in preparation for future deceptions...The Plan is to eventually create a new, sustainable, off-planet enemy..."
SPACE FLEET EXISTS?
The possibility of an "off planet" space fleet was given even more credence recently when a young Scottish hacker by the name of Gary McKinnon recently broke into the Pentagon's computers and reputedly came up the names of some of our "off-world" U.S. space fleet (identified under the abbreviation: USSS), two specific space ships, (the USSS LeMay and the USSS Hillenkoetter), and the names of the various crews, their ranks, and transfer assignments between various "off Earth" space ships.
This computer security breach so enraged the brass at the Pentagon that the U.S. Government is currently seeking to extradite McKinnon from the U.K. to face charges of computer hacking with a punishment of LIFE IN PRISON! Certainly this is one way to permanently silence an embarrassing discoverer of forbidden information.
CONCLUSION
Now that we know Illuminati plans, we can prepare for the greatest deception in human history by warning others, and deciding how we might deal with a hoaxed space-alien invasion scenario.

US to conduct naval exercises with S Korea after attack
South Korea's president has vowed to punish those who carried out the attack
The US has confirmed it will hold naval exercises with South Korea, after a report blamed the North for the sinking of a Southern warship, officials say.
The Pentagon said the joint anti-submarine and other military exercises would start "in the near future".
South Korean President Lee Myung-bak earlier froze trade with Pyongyang, vowing to punish those who carried out the attack.
North Korea has said it will retaliate for any action taken against it.
The country's main newspaper called the investigation an "intolerable, grave provocation".
'Unequivocal support'
South Korea has said it will refer the North to the UN Security Council in response to the sinking of the Cheonan - and the resulting death of 46 sailors - in March.
In a move endorsed by the US, President Lee said in a televised address that Seoul would no longer tolerate "any provocative act by the North and will maintain a principle of proactive deterrence".
Phuket Thailand has a plane with no identifiable marks that flies over the Island at hourly intervals from around 6 to 8am in the morning to around midday. We don't think its cloud seeding, 1. Because cloud seeding planes don't produce this effect (please Google) and 2. You need clouds to seed, the plane does this on a daily basis, whether their are clouds in the sky or not. A Russian MP has asked President Dmitry Medvedev to investigate claims by a regional president that he has met aliens on board a spaceship.
Kirsan Ilyumzhinov, the leader of the southern region of Kalmykia, made his claim in a television interview.
MP Andre Lebedev is not just asking whether Mr Ilyumzhinov is fit to govern.
He is also concerned that, if he was abducted, he may have revealed details about his job and state secrets.
The MP has written a letter to Mr Medvedev raising a list of his concerns.
In his letter he says that - assuming the whole thing was not just a bad joke - it was an historic event and should have been reported to the Kremlin.
He also asks if there are official guidelines for what government officials should do if contacted by aliens, especially if those officials have access to state secrets.
Mr Ilyumzhinov said in an interview on primetime television that he had been taken on board an alien spaceship which had come to planet Earth to take samples - and claims to have several witnesses.
He has been president of Kalmykia, a small Buddhist region of Russia which lies on the shores of the Caspian Sea, for 17 years.
The millionaire former businessman has a reputation as an eccentric character.
As president of the World Chess Federation, he has spent tens of millions of dollars turning the impoverished republic into a mecca for chess players - building an entire village to host international tournaments.
According to reports from Turkey, Chinese and Turkish Evangelists have discovered what they believe to be the remains of Noah's Ark at an elevation of 12,000 feet/ 4000 meters on top Mt. Ararat in Eastern Turkey.
The report shows the insides of a wooden structure, complete with strands of hay and animal shelves that Noah would have used. The wood appears to be quite intact. The Evangelists claim that the vessel is 4800 years old, placing it at the time of Noah.
However, the story of Noah is a a symbolic archetype for the transfer of people and animals from a sinking Atlantis 12,000 years ago! Plus, a wood frame boat would not survive so many thousands of years intact.
What we have here is another New World Religion imprinting of "discoveries" to verify the Bible. We see such things now almost weekly. They are obviously building up to something major!
Evangelists claim Noah's Ark found
Mount Ararat explorers: 'We think it is 99.9 percent that this is it'
A new claim is being made for the discovery of Noah's Ark, as evangelical explorers from China and Turkey believe they may have found the remnants of the legendary biblical vessel.
Is this a beam from Noah's Ark? Explorers with Noah's Ark Ministries International have released this photo of a wooden structure it says it has documented at an altitude of 13,000 feet on Mount Ararat in Turkey.
"It's not 100 percent that it is Noah's Ark but we think it is 99.9 percent that this is it," Yeung Wing-cheung, a Hong Kong documentary filmmaker and member of the 15-person team from Noah's Ark Ministries International, told Agence France-Presse.
The team says it recovered wooden specimens from a structure on Mount Ararat in eastern Turkey at an altitude of 13,000 feet and that carbon dating suggested it was 4,800 years old.
Several compartments, some with wooden beams, are said to be inside and could have been used to house animals, the group indicated.
Another NAMI explorer, Yuen Manfai, said at the Hong Kong news conference: "The search team and I personally entered a wooden structure high on the mountain. The structure is partitioned into different spaces. We believe that the wooden structure we entered is the same structure recorded in historical accounts and the same ancient boat indicated by the locals."

The group of archaeologists ruled out an established human settlement, explaining one had never been found above 11,500 feet in the vicinity.
"The search team has made the greatest discovery in history," said Prof. Oktay Belli, an archaeologist at Istanbul University. "This finding is very important and the greatest up to now."

Ahmet Ertugrul, leader of the search team, was first to get information on the location before commencing the hunt.
"I got to know the secret location in June 2008," he said. "The source told me that this is Noah's Ark. I took a team there for the search around the region and found a wooden structure. I took some photographs of the interior structure. Since I have worked closely with NAMI for some years, I informed them of the discovery."

The team also said local officials would ask the national government in Ankara to apply for United Nations World Heritage status so the site can be protected during an archaeological dig.
As WND has reported, after centuries of scouring the Earth for Noah's Ark, numerous claims have been flooding in over the past few years regarding possible discoveries of the Old Testament ship.
In June 2006, a 14-man crew that included evangelical apologist Josh McDowell said it returned from a trek to a mountain in Iran with possible evidence of the ark's remains.
They said some of the wood-like rocks they tested proved to be petrified wood.
Meanwhile, another ark hunter is the late Edward Crawford, a former draftsman illustrator for the U.S. military who taught Christian theology at Evergreen Bible Presbyterian Church in the Seattle area.
Crawford made numerous climbs up Ararat and said in 1990, he discovered a large, rectangular structure buried in the ice at an elevation of 14,765 feet.
"I don't have any doubt about it at all, and the Turks don't either," he told WND.
He said the structure sits under snow and ice, which he called "ridiculously hard stuff."
Crawford put much of his discovery online at a website called Project von Bora, where photographs and diagrams are available, and he believed the structure has 90-degree angles.

"Those don't happen in nature," he said. "If you think someone went up there to build that, it would take a greater miracle than the Flood [of Noah] itself."

The location of the anomaly on the mountain's northwest corner has been under investigation from afar by ark hunters for years, but it has remained unexplored, with the government of Turkey not granting any scientific expedition permission to explore on-site.
"I've got newfound optimism ... as far as my continuing push to have the intelligence community declassify some of the more definitive-type imagery," Porcher Taylor, an associate professor in paralegal studies at the University of Richmond, said at the time.
For more than three decades, Taylor has been a national security analyst, and has also served as a senior associate for five years at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, D.C.
"I had no preconceived notions or agendas when I began this in 1993 as to what I was looking for," he said. "I maintain that if it is the remains of something man-made and potentially nautical, then it's potentially something of biblical proportions."
The anomaly remains ensconced in glacial ice at an altitude of 15,300 feet, and Taylor says the photos suggest its length-to-width ratio is close to 6:1, as indicated in the Book of Genesis.
The mountains of Ararat
Some 15 miles from Mount Ararat is perhaps the most well-known candidate vying for the title of Noah's Ark.

A boat-shaped object thought by many to be the fossilized remnants of the the vessel sits in Dogubayazit, Turkey, and was first photographed in 1959 by a Turkish air-force pilot on a NATO mapping mission.
It gained worldwide attention after its photo was published in a 1960 issue of Life Magazine.
In 2004, Wyatt's widow, Mary Nell Wyatt Lee, published a history of the discovery in a book titled, "The Boat-Shaped Object on Doomsday Mountain."
She writes that on Dec. 12, 1987, "it was the official decision of members of [Turkey's] Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of Internal Affairs, and researchers from Ataturk University, among others, that the boat-shaped formation did indeed contain the remains of Noah's Ark!"

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- A group of Turkish researchers has decided that a boat-shaped formation found in 1977 on a hill in eastern Turkey is the remains of Noah's Ark, a Turkish tourism official says.
However, there's been no shortage of critics from both scientific and Christian circles who think the Dogubayazit site is erroneous.
Lorence Collins, a retired geology professor from California State University, Northridge, joined the late David Fasold, a one-time proponent of the Wyatt site, in writing a scientific summary claiming the location is "bogus."
"Evidence from microscopic studies and photo analyses demonstrates that the supposed Ark near Dogubayazit is a completely natural rock formation," said the 1996 paper published in the Journal of Geoscience Education. "It cannot have been Noah's Ark nor even a man-made model. It is understandable why early investigators falsely identified it."
In both the Old and New Testaments, the Bible speaks of Noah and the ark, and Jesus Christ and the apostles Paul and Peter all make reference to Noah's flood as an actual historical event.
According to Genesis, Noah was a righteous man who was instructed by God to construct a large vessel to hold his family and many species of animals, as a massive deluge was coming to purify the world which had become corrupt.
Genesis 6:5 states: "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."
Noah was told by God to take aboard seven pairs of each of the "clean" animals – that is to say, those permissible to eat – and two each of the "unclean" variety (Genesis 7:2).
Though the Bible says it rained for 40 days and 40 nights, it also mentions "the waters prevailed upon the earth a hundred and fifty days."
Genesis 8:4 does not say the ark rested on "Mount Ararat," but rather the "mountains of Ararat," and it was still months before Noah and his family – his wife, his three sons and the sons' wives – were able to leave the ark and begin replenishing the world.
Investigators say they have new information regarding last month’s sinking of a South Korean naval ship that indicates the force of a passing torpedo may have caused the disaster.

Defence Minister Kim Tae-young told reporters Sunday he believes a bubble jet effect is likely to blame. The term is used for the destructive column of water created after a torpedo is launched.
Yoon Duk-Yong, co-chair of the joint investigation team, said officials arrived at this conclusion following initial inspections of the wreckage and added the results are not yet definitive. However, he said there was no possibility of an internal explosion or a collision with the reef.
Kim said it would take up to a month before the joint investigation team comes out with its final report.
The remarks bolster suspicions that North Korea’s involvement is possible with a torpedo or a mine attack, although Seoul has not directly blamed Pyongyang for the blast and the North has denied any involvement.
The site of the sinking is near an area where the rival Koreas have fought three times since 1999, most recently a November clash that left one North Korean soldier dead and three others wounded.
The two Koreas are still technically at war because their 1950-53 Korean War ended in a truce, not a peace treaty.
The Cheonan was on a routine patrol on March 26 when an explosion split it in two in one of South Korea’s worst naval disasters.
Forty bodies have been recovered so far, but six crew members are still unaccounted for and are presumed dead.
South Korea’s coast guard was able to rescue 58 crew members from waters near the blast site, close to the disputed maritime border with North Korea.
On Saturday, a South Korean crew used a giant floating crane to lift the final half of the 1,200-tonne warship onto a barge off Baengnyeong Island.
Clear, sunny skies are forecast for Cape Canaveral Wednesday, perfect weather for the launch of a new unmanned spacecraft and the dawn of an era. Just don’t expect the Air Force to tell you what that new era is.
For the first time, the service will launch the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle, a brand new, unmanned spacecraft to demonstrate the military’s ability to fly into space, circle the globe for months on end, and return intact, only to fly again.

But whether the X-37 space plane is merely showing off nearly two decades of research and development or is actually a precursor to militarizing the final frontier, is far from clear since the vehicle’s payload is classified. An Air Force official won’t even say when it will return to California or where it will land. But it can "loiter" over the globe for more than nine months.
"In all honesty, we don’t know when it’s coming back," said Gary Payton, deputy undersecretary for the Air Force’s space programs, in a conference call with reporters Tuesday.

’Weaponization’ of space?
Arms control advocates say it is pretty clearly the beginning of a "weaponization of space" – precursor to a precision global strike capability that would allow the US to hover for months at a time over anywhere it chose with little anyone could do about it.
"The idea of being able to launch an unmanned research platform that can stay up there for months on end provides you with all kinds of capability, both military and civilian," says Chris Hellman, a policy analyst with the National Priorities Project, a budget watchdog in Northampton, Mass.
He believes the fact that it is an Air Force initiative may say something about what it will ultimately used to do. And that may not sit well with others. "I can see where the prospect of having half a dozen of these things with unknown payloads circling overhead could be very troubling to people," Mr. Hellman says.

What the Air Force will say is that the X-37 will demonstrate "various experiments" and allow "satellite sensors, subsystems, components, and associated technology" to be transported into space and back. Officials say the vehicle could change the way the service operates by making space operations more "aircraft like" with a vehicle like the X-37 able to take off and later land and then fly again.
When it returns, scientists will determine how many of its components survived the flight and how long it will take to get the craft back into the air. The shorter the turnaround time, the better, since that would mean fewer X-37s would have to be built, regardless of its ultimate mission. If it takes a long time to get the bird back in the air, "it will make this vehicle less attractive to us in the future," Mr. Payton said.
Many unknowns, including ultimate mission
Still, there are many unknowns. And analysts who typically know about such things are left to shrug.
"There does not seem to be a publicly acknowledged capability that this thing will lead to," says John Pike, director of globalsecurity.org, a national security research organization in Alexandria, Va. "If taken at face value, it seems to be simply to satisfy the idle curiosity of the scientific community."
Mr. Pike believes one of the inherent values of the X-37 could be as a maneuverable satellite which could be used to look over China’s shoulder one day, yet evade any attempts to shoot it down.
On the other hand, says Pike, it could amount to nothing more than "recreational engineering," borrowing a term from the magazine Scientific American. "What’s a few hundred million dollars between friends?"
Whatever it is or represents, the Air Force likes it. Air Force officials say they are already building another X-37 spacecraft that it hopes to fly by 2011.

[...] The unmanned X-37B space plane, now known as the Orbital Test Vehicle 1, actually began its life as a civilian project founded by NASA in 1999 to test landing and other spacecraft technologies. NASA turned the program over to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) in 2004. The Air Force took control of the project in 2006.
Space policy analyst Joan Johnson-Freese, professor of National Security Studies at the Naval War College in Newport, RI, has told SPACE.com that the X-37B could either be a major advancement in human spaceflight or be the unmanned end result of the Air Force’s dream of building a crewed space plane.
"In any case, it is likely that other countries will see it as another capability intended to assure the United States will be able to dominate access to and the use of space," she said in an earlier interview.
Spaceship or weapon?
Payton said that the X-37B launch is primarily aimed at testing fundamental technologies for reusable spacecraft and space applications.
"If these technologies on the vehicle prove to be as good as we estimate, it will make our access to space more responsive, perhaps cheaper, and push us in the vector toward being able to react to warfighter needs more quickly," Payton said.
But it is the spacecraft’s appearance as a rapid-response vehicle that can be launched on unmanned rockets has led to some speculation of its potential as a space weapon.
"Regardless of its original intent, the most obvious and formidable [potential use] is in service as a space fighter - a remotely piloted craft capable of disabling multiple satellites in orbit on a single mission and staying on orbit for months to engage newly orbited platforms," comparative military studies professor Everett Dolman, if the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies at the Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery, Ala., has told SPACE.com. That capability "would be a tremendous tactical advantage."
Dolman said it’s still too early to determine what the ultimate use for the X-37B, or any future successors, may be. The X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle 1 was built by Boeing in Seal Beach, Calif., and weighs about 11,000 pounds (about 5,000 kg). Mini-shuttle in space
Air Force officials have said the X-37B will be tested as a "flexible space test platform to conduct various experiments and allow satellite sensors, subsystems, components and associated technology to be efficiently transported to and from the space environment."
The space plane’s payload bay can fit a couple of small satellites to be launched and deployed, but it does not have a robotic arm to grapple objects in space and retrieve them. That means it could be used to support military operations oversees by rapidly deploying space-based assets like small communications or reconnaissance satellites.
"This launch helps ensure that our warfighters will be provided the capabilities they need in the future," said Air Force Col. Andre Lovett, 45th Space Wing vice commander, Launch Decision Authority for the mission, after the launch.
The X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle also has a long loiter time in space. It has a solar array tucked in its payload bay that can keep it powered up for around 270 days, Air Force officials have said.
"We, the Air Force, have suite of military missions in space and this new vehicle could potentially help us do those missions better," Payton said.
Payton has said he envisions the X-37B has functioning much like the SR-71 Blackbird spy aircraft, being on alert in times of need to fly a mission that could support military operations. The time between flights, during a rush period of many space launches, could be as little as 10 to 15 days, Payton said.
It is still unknown how long the first X-37B will remain in orbit. But when it returns, it is expected to autonomously fly itself through the Earth’s atmosphere and land at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, with Edwards Air Force Base as a backup.

Ahmadinejad condemns 'satanic pressures' on Iran and Zimbabwe

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Thursday condemned "satanic pressures" on Zimbabwe and his own country which he said were fighting to maintain their sovereignty, during a visit to Harare. Skip related content
"Iran and Zimbabwe are two countries that continue the effort to maintain their sovereignty and freedom," Ahmadinejad said at a dinner with Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe.
"Of course, our strength had provoked the hostility of expansionist countries," he said. "Here, I condemn all pressures, all satanic pressures, pressures on the government and people of Zimbabwe."
"We believe victory is ours and humiliation and defeat for our enemies," he said.
"Of course, they have failed to reach their objectives and results. They had imagined they could change the directions of our nations. Our nations stood firm."
Both Ahmadinejad and Mugabe are known for their controversial policies and anti-Western rhetoric.
Both men have also clung to power through elections marred by violence and allegations of fraud -- Ahmadinejad after a bloody presidential election in 2009 and Mugabe after sharply criticised polls in 2002 and 2008.
Ahmadinejad currently faces the threat of new United Nations sanctions over Iran's nuclear programme, while Mugabe is accused of not honouring a power-sharing agreement reached last year after controversial elections.
Ahmadinejad also accused the UN Security Council of bowing to pressure from unnamed "powerful countries."
"Unfortunately, the UN Security Council has been serving the interests of powerful countries. They use this Security Council to increase pressure on other countries," he said.
Ahmadinejad arrived in Zimbabwe Thursday for trade talks with Mugabe, a visit denounced as a "colossal political scandal" by the Movement for Dem
ocratic Change (MDC), Mugabe's partner in a fractious unity government.
"Inviting the Iranian strongman to an investment forum is like inviting a mosquito to cure malaria," the party said in a statement.
"Ahmadinejad?s visit is not only an insult to the
people of Zimbabwe, but an affront to democracy and to the oppressed people of Iran."
Ahmadinejad's trip is part of an Africa tour also scheduled to include a visit to UN Security Council member Uganda, where he will discuss Iran's nuclear programme, according to Iranian state television.
The trip gains significance as world powers have stepped up pressure for a new round of UN sanctions against Iran.
Uganda currently holds one of the rotating seats on the Security Council.

Tehran plans to open talks with all 15 Security Council members in an effort to break a deadlock on a nuclear fuel supply deal that has put it at odds with Western powers.
In Zimbabwe, the Iranian leader is also due to sign various trade agreements and launch a series of joint ventures between the two countries in the agriculture, manufacturing and mining sectors.
On Friday he is set to open an international trade fair in Zimbabwe's second city of Bulawayo.
Zimbabwe enjoys good relations with Iran as well as several east Asian countries after Mugabe launched a "Look East" policy in response to isolation by the West following Harare's controversial land reforms and disputed 2002 elections.

The US and Russian presidents are at the summit fresh from a new treaty
World leaders at a summit on nuclear security in Washington have heard dire warnings of the danger of nuclear material falling into the wrong hands.
President Barack Obama, opening the biggest international meeting hosted by the US since 1945, greeted leaders from nearly 50 countries.
Officials said more should be done to prevent theft or smuggling.
Meanwhile France's leader stressed his country could not give up its own nuclear weapons.
The US welcomed a Ukrainian pledge to eliminate its stockpile of highly enriched uranium by 2012.
The two-day summit is taking place without representatives of Iran and North Korea, neither of whom were invited by the US because of the disputes over their nuclear programmes.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu dropped plans to attend the summit, reportedly because of concern that Muslim states planned to press for Israel to open its own nuclear facilities to international inspection.
'Proliferators not welcome'
The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Ikia Amano, said that nuclear powers needed to do more to protect nuclear materials.

"The problem is that nuclear material and radioactive material are not well protected and member states need to better protect these materials against the theft or smuggling," he told the BBC.
"On average every two days we receive one new information on an incident involving theft or smuggling of nuclear material."
British Foreign Secretary David Miliband said that nuclear nations like Pakistan were vulnerable.
"The message from this summit is that any country can be treated as a normal country on nuclear matters if it behaves like a normal country," he said.
"Proliferators are not welcome in the modern world, nuclear proliferators especially, and I think it's a very clear message to the Iranians and others that there is an international desire to use civilian nuclear power for beneficial purposes, but not to allow it to leech into a military weapons programme that could be so dangerous, especially in a region like the Middle East."
A senior American counter-terrorism expert, John Brennan, warned that al-Qaeda had been seeking material for a nuclear bomb for more than 15 years.
"There have been numerous reports over the past eight or nine years of attempts to obtain various types of purported material," he told reporters.
"We know al-Qaida has been involved a number of times. We know they have been scammed a number of times."
President Obama and his Chinese counterpart Hu Jintao reportedly agreed at pre-summit talks to step up pressure on Iran over its atomic plans.
"The Chinese very clearly share our concern about the Iranian nuclear programme," said Jeff Bader, Mr Obama's senior director for Asia on the National Security Council.
"The two presidents agreed the two delegations should work together on a sanctions resolution in New York."
Ukrainian precedent
Just before the summit opened, Ukraine agreed to eliminate its stockpile of weapons-grade nuclear material which, the US said, was enough to build "several weapons".

US officials said Ukraine's highly enriched uranium would be removed with some US technical and financial help.
Ukraine's agreement sets a precedent that Mr Obama would like other countries to follow, the BBC's diplomatic correspondent, Jonathan Marcus, reports from Washington.
It is estimated there are about 1,600 tonnes of highly enriched uranium in the world - the type used in nuclear weapons.
Experts agree that virtually all of it is held by the acknowledged nuclear-weapons states, most of it in Russia.
Speaking in an interview before the summit opened, French President Nicolas Sarkozy said his country would not give up its nuclear weapons because to do so would be to jeopardise national security.
"I cannot jeopardise the security and safety of my country," he told CBS News.
"I have inherited the legacy of the efforts made by my predecessors to build up France as a nuclear power and I could not give up nuclear weapons if I wasn't sure the world was a stable and safe place."
Last week, the US and Russia signed a new Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty, reducing each country's deployed nuclear arsenal to 1,550 weapons.
Mr Obama has also approved a new nuclear policy for the US, saying he plans to cut the nuclear arsenal, refrain from nuclear tests and not use nuclear weapons against countries that do not have them.
Any airstrike against Iran by the United States or Israel would be "unacceptable," the chief of the Russian General Staff Nikolai Makarov said on Monday.
"This is a last resort that exists in the plans of both the United States and Israel," Nikolai Makarov said.
Western powers suspect that Iran's nuclear program is aimed at making weapons, while Tehran claims it is pursuing nuclear technology for its civilian energy needs.
Makarov said that the Iranian leadership should also take into account that "the whole world is concerned about the [nuclear] problem."
"We should hear Iran and Iran should hear us and the global community, and undertake measures," Makarov added.
He also said that other states are likely to follow suit if Iran develops nuclear weapons.
"If Iran gets nuclear weapons, it might become an impetus for other states, and lead to further expansion of the nuclear club," he said, adding the Russian military department was against such a scenario.
He added that Russia's decision on whether to deliver S-300 surface-to-air missile systems to Iran should be made by the country's leaders.
"This decision should be made at state level. We, the military, will follow the leadership's commands," Makarov said.
Russia signed a contract with Iran on the supply of at least five S-300 air defense systems to Tehran in December 2005. However, Moscow has not so far honored the contract, which many experts say is due to pressure from Washington and Tel Aviv.

Wayen Madsen (WMR) reports that his intelligence sources in China and Thailand claim that people believe Wikileaks is linked to U.S. CIA cyber-warfare and computer espionage operations, as well as to Mossad's cyber-warfare activities.
"Wikileaks purports to publish classified and sensitive documents while guaranteeing anonymity to the providers, even stating it had its site shut down a while back."
WMR in the article, CIA, Mossad and Soros behind Wikileaks reports that last week, Wikileaks claimed to have decrypted video footage of a U.S. Apache gunship killing civilians in Iraq, covert U.S. State Department agents following its editor from Iceland to Norway in a surveillance operation and having one of its interns detained for questioning.
"Iceland's financially-strapped government recently announced a policy of becoming a haven for websites that fear political oppression and censorship in their home countries. However, in the case of Wikileaks, countries like China and Thailand are suspicious of the websites' actual 'ownership,'" reports WMR.
"Our Asian intelligence sources report the following: 'Wikileaks is running a disinformation campaign, crying persecution by U.S. intelligence- when it is U.S. intelligence itself.'"
"There are strong suspicions that Wikileaks is yet another Soros-funded 'false flag' operation on the left side of the political spectrum," reports Madsen.

Assange lists as one of his professions 'hacker.' His German co-founder of Wikileaks uses a pseudonym, 'Daniel Schmitt.'"

Australia has over 63 U.S. military bases. Locals say that at Pine Gap's secret 'deep underground military base' (DUMB) in Australia's "Red Center," not far from the "Town Called Alice," there are more CIA employees than there are in the entire U.S. It is officially reported to have 1000 CIA employees.
